Gift tickets
At playbackgalicia.com we sell gift tickets for weekend workshops. Gift tickets are exempt from the obligation to be returned. However, Teatro Playback Galicia will consider issuing a refund in the circumstances specified below, provided that the donor has submitted a reasoned request to that effect:
- The money will be refunded if Teatro Playback Galicia made a mistake.
- The money will be refunded if it was provided unintentionally (for example, if the donation was made with a lost or stolen card).
- The money will be refunded in other exceptional circumstances.
Donation refunds
Teatro Playback Galicia will consider issuing a refund in the circumstances specified below, provided that the donor has submitted a reasoned request to that effect::
- Donations will be refunded if Teatro Playback Galicia has made an error.
- Donations will be refunded if they were made unintentionally (for example, if the donation was made with a lost or stolen card).
- Donations will be refunded if an incorrect amount was entered.
- Donations will be refunded if a monthly donation was mistakenly set up when the intention was to make a one-time donation.
- Donations will be refunded in other exceptional circumstances.
Terms and conditions for refunds
To request a refund for a donation to Teatro Playback Galicia, please fill out this form to request a refund within 30 days of the donation (even if you wish to request a refund for monthly donations).
Refunds will be made to the same account or card used to make the donation. This includes debit or credit card payments, PayPal, direct debit, and any other payment method available on this website.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, please fill out this form, providing the following information:
- Full name
- Email address provided when making the donation
- Country of residence
- Phone number
- Date on which the donation was made
- Amount of the donation
- Payment method
- Circumstances justifying the refund request
After receiving this information, the Teatro Playback Galicia team will review the request and do its best to respond within a maximum of ten business days. If the request is approved, the refund will be processed as soon as possible.
